Frog Fighter

My husband is offically the best Barista in Paris. Well maybe not that far... but for
the next month, you are gonna hear about it like he is!
Last night was the 4th Frog Fight, a monthly barista competition that attracts the
small but growing barista crowd of Paris, made up mostly of ex-pats from
Australia, the US, Canada and New Zealand (and a couple of Frenchies, bien sur.)

 Last night was at Le Bal cafe (the one where we did the cupping and had lunch...
remember?) and after a long and grueling night of "mach-offs" Luke finally came
up victorious! He won both the cupping competition, as he was able to pick the
coffee that was different out of a group of 3, and then poured the best heart and
the best rosetta in 2 macchiato glasses!

school child. I took that one.) Isn't he talented?
P.s the amazing trophy was made by my friend Kel, an artist from Melbourne.
She scultped the frog by hand!!!
