Ironically enough, despite living in France for 9 months one of the best cheese
experiences I have had to date was in a pub in the English countryside last week.
Get a load of that baked camembert, spanish onion chutney and roast garlic,
served with fresh bread. I am drooling at the very thought of this supposed
"starter" which was enough to fill us both up before we even sniffed our mains.
This recipe is coming home with us!
